We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from American Hardboards.

Returns

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


Custom Engraved Products

Because custom engraved products are made specifically for each customer:

Custom engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with engraving quality or product damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

1.) Contact us within 7 days

2.) Include photos of the product and packaging

3.) We will arrange a replacement or refund


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
